Documents with every export shipment
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of originA document that states the country where the goods were made. Importers use it for customs, and sometimes to claim lower duty under a trade agreement.
- Certificate of conformity per batch
- Technical data sheet and size chart
- Fabric test report
- Airway bill or bill of lading
- Any other document your importer needs, on request
Certificates of origin and trade agreements
We issue a non-preferential certificate of origin for every export. Where a trade agreement applies, such as the India-UK agreement in force since July 2026, the India-UAE CEPA or the India-Australia ECTA, we can issue a preferential certificate so your importer can claim the reduced duty. Ask us which applies to your country. The India-EU agreement is not yet in force.

Our cleanroom garments protect your product and process from contamination. They are not sold as personal protective equipment and carry no CE marking. Fibre composition labelling and REACH information are provided for EU shipments. SMR gloves are supplied with SMR's own certificates for your market.
