Supplier approval questions

What do QA teams need to approve a cleanroom garment supplier?

Usually company registrations, quality system certificates, technical data sheets, fabric test reports, a completed supplier questionnaire and a sample for trial. Many sites also ask for a quality agreement and change notification commitment.
