Body measurements for cleanwear coveralls, undergarments and lab coats, bootie sizes by shoe size, and SMR glove sizes. Measure two or three operators and order a sample before a bulk order.

How to measure
- HeightWithout shoes, standing straight against a wall.
- ChestAround the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, over light clothing.
- WaistAround the natural waist, tape level and not tight.
- Shoe sizeThe shoe worn inside the bootie, for bootie and shoe cover sizing.

Hoods, masks and caps
Hoods come in universal and large. Choose large for operators with a head circumference above 60 cm or who wear safety glasses under the hood. Masks and bouffant caps are one size with elastic or tie fitting.

Sizing questions
Should cleanroom coveralls fit loosely?
Slightly. Operators need room to bend and reach without strain on seams, but excess fabric pumps air and particles out at the cuffs and neck. If an operator is between sizes, choose by height first.
Can you make sizes outside this chart?
Yes. We make custom sizes and adjust sleeve or leg length for your team. Send the measurements with your enquiry.
How do I size booties over safety shoes?
Size by the shoe the operator wears inside the bootie, not by bare foot size. If in doubt, go up one size.
