Pullover Cleanroom Hood
Eyes-only hood that tucks into the coverall collar.

Coverall, booties and head cover as one sterile-ready set, designed for repeated steam autoclaving.
A complete reusable gowning set for aseptic areas: coverall, knee-length booties and head cover, made from lint-free polyester with an optional antistatic carbon grid. Designed for repeated steam sterilisation and available in blue, white and brown.
This is our flagship garment for Grade AThe EU GMP zone for high risk aseptic operations such as filling and making sterile connections. Equivalent to ISO 5 for particles at rest and in operation. and B aseptic processing areas. The set is cut so the hood tucks inside the collar and the booties overlap the legs, leaving no gaps for skin or hair to shed into the room.
Each set is folded for aseptic donning and sealed in its own pouch, so operators open one pack per gowning.

The set is designed for repeated steam autoclaving. The exact number depends on the fabric grade and on your laundering and sterilisation parameters, so we recommend tracking cycles per garment and inspecting before each use.
Sets can be supplied ready for your own sterilisation, which is how most plants run them, or discuss pre-sterilised supply with our team.
Many plants use colour to separate zones, for example white for Grade A/B, blue for Grade C and brown for support areas. We can match your existing colour code.
